Service Desk Support Representative
This is a help desk position that will answer calls from customers as well as the client's field technicians. Must have basic PC hardware troubleshooting skills and software troubleshooting skills.
Days/Hours:
(May be adjusted as required by call volumes)
On Call for after hour support in rotation with other technicians
Responsibilities:
Answer and complete a minimum 30 calls per day
Follow up on incomplete tickets daily
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate call information on problem & resolution in Project/Task database
Complete administrative tasks within timeline allowed
Work in a team environment
Follow up with field technicians, keeping customers and co-workers updated
Other Tasks as directed by management
Skills Required:
Great customer service skills
Confident and effective communication to customers and co-workers
Basic networking knowledge
Basic Windows Operating System knowledge
Microsoft Office proficiency
Must be able to analyze real world situations in real time
Possess ability to utilize reference materials and apply information to problem resolution
Must be able to multitask and manage time wisely
